    Here’s a very knowledgeable gentleman who helped walk us through our home buying experience without any hiccups and even made some Very important suggestions!

    During our first few property viewings, Richard helped us by pointing out a few commonly overlooked problems to be aware of and where to look.

    We feel Richard went above and beyond by offering, and even went so far as to ask the other Real Estate Broker, to forfeit their commissions so the seller wouldn’t lose even more money. As the previous owners situation wasn’t ideal.  He’s driven by a passion to truly help people!
